Meet your Retreat Facilitators
This retreat is guided by a deeply experienced, heart-led team who are committed to creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and fully held throughout your journey. Each guide brings their own unique expertise, presence, and care, ensuring your experience is both grounded and transformative.
Together, they hold the physical, emotional and creative elements of the retreat, allowing you to soften into the experience and trust the process.
Rach Robinson
Rach our retreat leader will be there with you for the whole duration of the retreat. As well as holding some of our journeys, including the opening and closing circles. She is organised, approachable and brings a grounded, happy energy into a room.
Rach has been serving women online for over five years now, and recently, held a day Retreat and week long Embodiment Immersion. This is when this work was truly born. After seeing the impact and reading the words it was having, and did have on these women’s lives, Rach started planning a more in-depth version to lasting change.
Through her worldly lived and personal experiences, Rach is passionate in supporting women with tools and modalities that bring women home to herself, so she can show up authentically, living a life of truth, ease, authenticity and joy. Rach serves women in a way that feels clear, achievable, and actually enjoyable.
Rach is ready to support you, laugh with you, and make you feel held, loved and so welcome on retreat.

Our Retreat Leader
Freea Fontanella
Ecstatic Dance & Sound Alchemy
A breathwork facilitator of over a decade, Freea weaves her own lived healing journey into every space she holds. Having reclaimed her breath through a profound health journey, she brings depth, steadiness and embodied wisdom to her work.
At this women’s retreat, she will offer an immersive sound bath ceremony with crystal bowls, flutes, beautiful instruments and layered soundscapes to soothe the nervous system and restore inner resonance. And later that evening – a ecstatic dance journey designed to awaken authentic expression and joyful release.
Her facilitation is grounded yet intuitive – blending ritual, rhythm and reverence – creating a safe, soulful space to soften, move and return home to yourself.

Amanda Veltri
9D Somatic Breathwork
Amanda is an independent mother, world traveller, and 9D Somatic Breathwork facilitator who guides people out of survival and back into embodied safety. Her work is born from lived experience – and now facilitates weekly breathwork sessions in the Byron Shire, as well as events and immersions designed to support individuals back to their truth, their inner authority, and a deeper sense of internal peace.
Amanda will be facilitating a Down-Regulation Journey “Anchor to Presence” – A perfect journey on our first full day together, to integrate the last three months together in the Embodiment Container, and to settle into this expansive retreat space.
Amanda holds grounded, safe spaces for people to return to themselves and feel seen through integration sharing. Her work is an invitation to become your own safe place. To meet yourself honestly. To integrate what you have lived through. And to step forward not from survival, but from embodied power.

Nicole Salmon
Somatic Yin / Hatha Yoga
Nicole is a devoted student and teacher of Yoga, a woman for whom Yoga is an anchor in this wild world. Since her first class at 21, Yoga has been a steady thread through her life. Her study of Hatha, Karma, Tantra, Jnana and Bhakti Yoga has strengthened her heart, expanded her spirit, and helped her grow more flexible and fearless on and off the mat.
Through her journey and devotion to Yoga, Nicole discovered a deep part of her life’s purpose: to teach. She is a dedicated and passionate student and teacher, sharing her practice, wisdom and guidance with heart.
Her classes blend creative sequencing with intuitive flow, breathwork, meditation, yogic education and contemplative themes, always honouring deep rest. She loves teaching restorative practices, helping the nervous system slow, soften and reset. Rooted in Classical Hatha and Tantra, and inspired by Ashtanga and Jivamukti, Nicole believes Yoga is for everyone. Come exactly as you are every body and every story is welcome.

Prue Sturgeon
Interactive Embodiment & Tea Ceremony
Prue brings a grounded, intentional presence to tea ceremony, devoted to the quiet power of stillness and space.
With deep reference for silence, simplicity, and the alchemy of bringing the elements together, she offers tea as a ritual of return – an invitation to slow down, soften, and simply be.
Her work honours the subtle magic that unfolds when we create intentional environments for presence, connection and restoration.
Prue’s embodiment and integration session supports women to move beyond insight and into identity. Through guided reflection and embodiment practice, she helps participants anchor what has shifted and step forward with clarity and self-trust.
Prue will be holding a tea ceremony and embodiment and integration session at our Step Into Her Retreat.

Jessie Bush
Our Private Chef and Massage Therapist
We get the pleasure of having the multifaceted and talented woman, Jess with us for our retreat. Jess is a deeply passionate chef based in Mullumbimby, known for creating thoughtful, nourishing food that brings people together. She began her career as an apprentice in commercial kitchens, spending nearly a decade working across a diverse range of venues throughout Australia and developing a strong foundation in professional cookery.
Drawn to a more personal and meaningful style of cooking, Jess transitioned into retreat catering, where she has spent the past five years preparing beautiful, wholesome meals for high-end retreats at some of the region’s most stunning venues. Her approach centres on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, often incorporating produce grown in her own garden.
Jess began her bodywork journey nearly a decade ago as a yoga teacher and teacher trainer, developing an understanding of movement, anatomy, and the connection between body and mind. This foundation naturally led her toward hands-on healing, where she felt called to explore massage and therapeutic bodywork more deeply.
Over the years, Jess has studied a range of modalities, weaving together her knowledge to create a unique, intuitive style of massage. Her treatments are particularly supportive for lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, and relieving tension held in busy, overworked bodies.
An email will be sent to closer to our retreat to confirm dietary requirements and if you would like to book in for a beautiful massage and treatment with Jess.

WORDS FROM PREVIOUS
DAY RETREAT PARTICIPANTS
“Gratitude, wholeness, connection, expansion, and sisterhood are words that can only touch the surface of what was felt today. My heart is honestly overflowing with love. Thankyou Rach”
— Previous Participant
“Yesterday at STEP INTO HER hosted by Rach Robinson, something softened. (Thank you, thank you, thank you).
It felt like coming home. Like being held by a sisterhood instead of guarding from it. This day mattered. This is what happens when women choose to come home to each other.”
— Previous Participant
“It was such a blessing to meet and connect with so many other women who are creating a life of freedom, abundance and health. We shared stories, tools for alignment, and connected from the deepest place of truly seeing each other, joined in hearts, vision and service to a greater mission. My heart is full, my body nourished, and my spirit is alive.”

A NOTE FROM
BLUEGREEN SANCTUARY
“At BlueGreen Sanctuary nature is our co-facilitator because every experience is held and supported by her.
It’s this grounded presence of nature that allows us to feel rested and safe in our body, the cornerstone of what it means to be embodied. This embodiment provides us with clarity and comfort and it enables us to see that stillness is medicine.
When you are OK with yourself and with the present moment there is no need to change it, or reach for stimulation or distraction. This deep connection to nature reminds us daily that there is no rush.
Just as everything is accomplished in its own time, there is wisdom in moving slow.”
