STEP INTO HER RETREAT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants booking and attending the Step Into Her retreat (the “Retreat”).

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. ABOUT STEP INTO HER RETREAT

This Retreat is hosted by Rach Robinson and delivered by independant facilitators and services

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Rach Robinson is responsible for retreat organisation, bookings, payments, participant communications, and overall retreat hosting, including payment to third-party suppliers.

  • Freea Fontanella, Nicole Salmon, Amanda Veltri, Prue Sturgeon, and Jesse Bush are independent facilitators and services and is responsible for the design and delivery of their modality including the safety of participants for the session/s.

All parties work collaboratively to deliver the Retreat experience.

2. BOOKING AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

2.1 When you make a booking for the Retreat, you enter into a contract with Rach Robinson in relation to:

  • bookings

  • payments

  • cancellations

  • refunds

  • booking administration

2.2 All payments are made to Rach Robinson, and any questions relating to payments, refunds, or booking changes must be directed to Rach Robinson.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 A booking is confirmed once the first payment plan or full payment has been received by Rach Robinson.
3.2 Payment plans (if offered) must be completed by the dates specified at booking.
3.3 Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
3.4 All payments include GST upon booking.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANT

4.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Rach Robinson.
4.2 No refunds will be provided for:

  • early departure from the Retreat

  • missed activities

  • removal from activities or the Retreat for safety or conduct reasons

  • cancellation of attendance after 28th August, 2026. If the retreat spot is filled, a full refund will be issued.

5. CHANGES OF CANCELLATION BY HOSTS

5.1 Rach Robinson and Blue Green Sanctuary reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Retreat where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • extreme weather or fire danger to Blue Green Sanctuary

  • environmental or safety concerns

  • illness or unavailability of key facilitators

  • minimum participant numbers not being met

5.2 Where the Retreat is cancelled prior to commencement, Rach Robinson will offer a full refund, or transfer in accordance with the cancellation policy.

6. FACILIATED WAIVERS

6.1 The retreat involves Facilitated 9D Breathwork, hosted by Amanda Veltri

6.2 Participation in these activities is conditional upon:

  • signing a separate Participant Waiver issued by Amanda Veltri (9D Breathwork)

  • complying with all safety instructions and decisions made by Amanda Veltri facilitator/s (9D Breathwork)

7. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Participants are responsible for:

  • managing their own basic medical needs. There is a first aid representative on site at Blue Green Sanctuary.

7.2 Participants must behave respectfully towards:

  • other participants

  • facilitators and hosts

  • Indigenous knowledge holders

  • Blue Green Sanctuary staff

  • the natural environment

7.3 Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from activities or the Retreat without refund.

8. ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCES

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Retreat is non-alcoholic and substance-free.

9. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

9.1 There will be a photographer onsite that may capture photographs or video during the Retreat for promotional or archival purposes.

9.2 Participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify Rach Robinson in writing prior to the Retreat.

10. PERSONAL PROPERTY

10.1 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
10.2 Rach Robinson is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information is collected for the purposes of retreat administration, safety, and communication and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking the Retreat, you acknowledge that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • you understand that bookings and payments are managed by Rach Robinson

  • you understand that participation 9D Breathwork requires signing a separate waiver issued by Amanda Veltri

  • you agree to comply with all instructions and requirements associated with the Retreat
