Hi, I’m Rach

I’m a Mum to Malakai and Ziah (2 under 4), and a Wife to my person - Owen.
I’m a Mentor, an Embodiment and Retreat Leader – and I’ve spent the last several years doing deep inner (and outer) work. Human Design, 9D Breathwork, Core Values and Nervous System Mastery, are just a few modalities I’ve grown with, so I can share what actually creates lasting change. (Not too long ago, I didn’t even know what words like embodiment, alignment, somatic even meant)

I created this exercise to help you see where your inner feminine and masculine energy is in and out of balance, and what to do about it – So you can move forward with clarity, softness and groundedness – within yourselves, motherhood and your relationships.

This particular exercise is one of the most powerful starting points I know, to help step more into healthy balance without it taking years, time or money.


It’s helped me be a better woman in relationships, my marriage, with my kids, and particularly the relationship I have with myself. Through my own growth and experience, feeling how beneficial this has been within, and in my marriage particularly – I genuinely want to support you (and other mothers), to feel more balanced and spacious in her being too.

“I went into this exercise curious but not expecting much. What I got was something that genuinely opened up my eyes to how I’ve been living my life.

Writing through the feminine and masculine qualities felt like the deepest kind of therapeutic journaling, I felt truly seen by myself in a way that I hadn’t before. Some of these patterns I’d just accepted as who I am.
Feeling closed off, less compassionate, living heavily in my masc. But this exercise helped me see that these weren’t fixed truths about me, they were layers I’d picked up along the way, through all the different versions of myself that I’d had to become.

It shone a light on exactly where I’d been holding resistance, but I didn’t walk away feeling overwhelmed or ashamed. I walked away knowing myself better, with a clear sense of what I want to soften and shift back towards, and living more in my feminine.
